Board of Directors ElectionThe board of directors (Board) of the Four Rivers Property Owners Association (FRPOA) is elected from current members who will serve for a one year term. Elections are held and ballots are counted at the Annual General Meeting which takes place on the last Tuesday in January. Member may vote online, via proxy ballot or in person at the Annual General Meeting. An email will be sent to all members with instruction on how to vote several weeks prior to the meeting.

If multiple candidates volunteer for the same position, each candidate will be asked to provide a short bio and why they think they should be elected which will be provided to the association as candidate information. Candidates for uncontested positions will be considered elected upon a majority vote by the membership at the Annual General Meeting approving the candidate to serve on the Board for that position.
