The Board discussed the matter with Martin County commissioner - Ed Ciampi - representing Palm City and utility officials to gather information on the matter. The Board is neutral in this matter and has prepared the following report for property owners that contains information on bringing county water and sewer to Four Rivers including cost estimates:

The online survey form entails gathering property owner information including Control Number followed by their preference for bringing county water and sewer to Four Rivers which can be expressed as a preference for one of the following options:
Please note that bringing sewer only to Four Rivers is not an option as mandated by the county. When the survey concludes, the results will be conveyed to the county commissioner and utility officials. If a majority of the owners are interested, the county utility would then send an official survey that includes specific details for Four Rivers including detailed costs to each property owner.
