County Water and Sewer Survey
The board of directors (Board) of the Four Rivers Property Owners Association (FRPOA) is conducting a survey to determine interest in bringing Martin County water and sewer to Four Rivers. The Board discussed the matter with Martin County commissioner - Ed Ciampi - representing Palm City and utility officials to gather information on the matter. The Board is neutral in this matter and has prepared the following report for property owners that contains information on bringing county water and sewer to Four Rivers including cost estimates:
Each property owner will be sent an email that includes a Control Number to validate them as a valid property owner. Please use links on this page to take the survey or view the survey results.
The online survey form entails gathering property owner information including Control Number followed by their preference for bringing county water and sewer to Four Rivers which can be expressed as a preference for one of the following options:
Please note that bringing sewer only to Four Rivers is not an option as mandated by the county.
When the survey concludes, the results will be conveyed to the county commissioner and utility officials. If a majority of the owners are interested, the county utility would then send an official survey that includes specific details for Four Rivers including detailed costs to each property owner. The county survey would be an initial step in the lengthy process of potentially converting a neighborhood to county water and sewer.
