The 2026 annual dues assessment is due by March 15th. Please be sure to send payment in the amount of $1,600 by March 15th to avoid late payment fees. The Annual General Meeting of the Four River Property Owners Association will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at the Palm City Community Center located at Charlie Leighton Park - 2701 SW Cornell Avenue. The pot luck supper will begin at 6 PM. The meeting will begin at 6:45 PM.

Please bring a covered dish, salad or dessert and a serving utensil if your dish requires one. Soft drinks, plates, napkins, cups and utensils will be provided.
